Steckel, Anita

(1932- ) (USA)

   Collagist. The first female artist to ever have an all-male nude exhibition. Founded the Fight Censorship group. Among her works are a number that utilize sexual imagery with political connotations, like her Hitler series, Couples series, and Phallic series.
